World photography day celebrations at Procolor School of Photography

On the 19th of August Procolor School of Photography and Filming organized a Photowalk at Sukhna Lake in association with Sony Alpha, celebrating the occasion. Around 150 people participated in the event which was mentored by Jagjit Singh, Gagan Singh, and Abhit Jhanji. Hundreds of young photography enthusiasts had joined us on our Photowalk where they learned various aesthetics and techniques to improve their basic image capturing ability. Further Organized a photography workshop which was attended by a large host of people.

Our mentors shared with the audience works of top-photographers around the world. Even indulging in specifics of panoramic photography or monochromatic image capturing while also pointing out the subtleties of post-production image manipulation. Enthusiasts went on walkabouts around the scenic landscape of the Sukhna Lake and clicked numerous photographs which were then showcased to all. Our goal was to celebrate photography whilst educating people about the same.

In the end, our mentors took questions from everyone and answered them to the best of their abilities. Answering the most common queries to the most complicated questions one could ask. No-one left the event without a solution to their question.
